School Improvement Goals:
Junior/Senior High School:
- Decrease the number of students failing class and students failing multiple classes on a semester basis.
- Develop a comprehensive Mental Health program and communicate it to all stakeholders.
Elementary School:
- Improve student proficiency by 10% on English Language Arts assessments.
- Improve student relationships through Positive Behavior Interventions & Supports (PBIS).
- Develop a comprehensive Mental Health program and communicate it to all stakeholders.
Accreditation:
All attendance centers and programs in the Fort Calhoun Community Schools meet Rule 10 accreditation standards as set by the Nebraska Department of Education. In addition, the Fort Calhoun Community School system is a member of the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement (NCA-CASI).
