This is our chance to help those experiencing homelessness in Omaha. The hoodies gathered will be donated to support the Salvation Army’s Winter Night Watch mobile unit that hands out warm food and clothing to the homeless on the streets of Omaha in the winter.
The drive runs until October 30th and we will have a collection barrel available beginning this Friday outside the HS counseling office.
Please donate new or gently used hoodies, zip-up sweatshirts, or jackets.
We will also have collection points at the following FCHS activities
* Junior High Volleyball vs Brownell Talbot – October 15th
* Football vs Wahoo – October 18th
* Volleyball vs Conestoga – October 22nd
* Parent Teacher Conferences at the HS – October 23 & 24
maybe the elementary too – TBD
* Football vs DC West – October 25th
